Aequimanus AB

the ambidextrous consultancy

To successfully execute on a business initiative these days, requires a variety of skills. It´s been said that the organizations that succeed are typically ambidextrous in there way of attacking the challenges. Ambidextrous, double-handed (in latin: aequimanus) used as a metaphor to characterize an organization's ability to both be efficient in management of today's business and be adaptable for coping with tomorrow's changing demand.

We are committed and passionate about helping organizations and teams in their journey to ambidextrous excellence.

General managers and corporate executives […] must constantly look backward, attending to the products and processes of the past, while also gazing forward, preparing for the innovations that will define the future. This mental balancing act can be one of the toughest of all managerial challenges—it requires executives to explore new opportunities even as they work diligently to exploit existing capabilities—and it’s no surprise that few companies do it well.
