Interim management

Industrial start-up coaching

You have the identified the opportunity or defined the initiative. Next step is to start defining the various activities to take your idea to the next stage. In the start up phase you need to address financial activities, investment decisions and operational activities. We offer coaching when setting up the operational activities: How to provide the service you intend to offer? How to earn revenue? How to incur expenses? Buy vs. make decisions, sourcing of competence etc. How to “road map” this and how to do it efficiently? We have in depths experience from several similar “journeys” within computer peripheral industry, consumer goods and automotive supply business. We have solid knowledge of tools and practices that come at hand. Also, we have a large network of competence that supports the build-up phase.

Operational excellence support and training
