Interim management

During times of transition, organization changes or unplanned voids in the organization a temporary management may be necessary not to lose momentum. But also, situations occur when a temporary leader is needed to revitalize or inject new knowledge and ideas into a team or organization. Our philosophy on interim management is that it must provide stability, clarity and value, fast and with great sensibility to the needs of the different stakeholders in the organization. The goal of an interim management is to hand over a confident team, motivated and aligned and ultimately capable of value creation, to a permanent management. Industrial start-up coaching
You have the identified the opportunity or defined the initiative. Next step is to start defining the various activities to take your idea to the next stage. In the start up phase you need to address financial activities, investment decisions and operational activities. We offer coaching when setting up the operational activities: How to provide the service you intend to offer? How to earn revenue? How to incur expenses? Buy vs. make decisions, sourcing of competence etc. How to “road map” this and how to do it efficiently? We have in depths experience from several similar “journeys” within computer peripheral industry, consumer goods and automotive supply business. We have solid knowledge of tools and practices that come at hand. Also, we have a large network of competence that supports the build-up phase.
Operational excellence support and training
While indulging in operational activities, one must make sure the efforts are both effective (that you do the right things) and efficient (that you do it as good or lean as possible).
